She continuously strives to end this inequality by working with teachers in public schools and budget private schools. Her aim is to empower and motivate all teachers to make classrooms excellent centres of learning and teaching.

She started her career as a Teach for India fellow and discovered her passion for education. Subsequently she has worked as a teacher, teacher trainer and a coach for children and teachers alike in Punjab, Andhara Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana and Rajasthan. She has also helped design and pilot a supportive supervision program in the form of a fellowship for newly recruited government school teachers in Jaipur and Alwar.

In 2019, she pursued her MA in Educational Leadership from the University of Manchester while on the Checking Scholarship. She continues to work towards providing equitable educational opportunities to all children.
