Daaman Thandi is a producer and media entrepreneur dedicated to creating impactful storytelling for social change. She is the founder of The Lipstick Politico, an independent media platform redefining South Asian narratives through a feminist and inclusive lens. As an impact and executive producer, she has contributed to socially engaged projects like MA featuring Cannes winner Anusaya Sen Gupta.

She holds a Master’s in Media and Gender from the London School of Economics, where she was awarded the Female Founders Prize, and has a background in journalism and advocacy, having worked at organizations like CNN India and the Canadian Consulate.

Daaman has moderated and spoken at premier forums including DIFF, the Kigali Global Dialogue by ORF, FICCI, and the Indian School of Business. She also hosts the podcast “On Air with The Lipstick Politico” and is passionate about driving conversations on cultural representation and the intersection of art and gender.
